J-Train is a specially designed high energy children’s worship service
for 1st – 6th graders. We sing praise and worship songs, play
a game, learn a scripture verse, study a Bible lesson through dramas and
video. A life virtue is taught each month to help the children tie the
Bible lesson and life application all together. A little healthy competition
between two teams weekly also adds to the excitement.
Our children love this KIDS CHURCH approach. It’s loud and
high energy because that is what kids want. We have to compete with the
internet, cable TV, amusement parks, sports programs just to name a few.
We have to make church desirable so they will choose to fit it into their
schedule. Is God’s word still taught? Absolutely! But
not around a table with coloring sheets. It’s brought to life for
the children to understand on their level and be able to apply in their
lives.
Parents are welcome to visit any Sunday and check it out.

Security:
All parents of 1st – 4rd graders are asked to check their child
in to J-Train and receive a two part security tag. One part needs
to be placed on your child and the other part must be retained
to check your child back out. Check – out is located inside
the J-Train worship center. Just look for your child’s age
group. For
your child’s protection, you must have the security tag to claim
your child at the end of service.
5 th – 6th graders are allowed to participate in self- check in
and check out. If you would prefer your older child to wait in the
classroom until class is over, please instruct your child to do so.
It is best to discuss a meeting location for your older children outside
of the building to avoid the crowds.
Parents are welcome to attend J-Train any Sunday with their children.
